focus on design without the concern of losing creative ideas that are often weeks in development. To ease the stress of data loss from unexpected events like hardware failure or accidental deletions (haven’t we all been there!), I rely on my trusty RDX QuikStor and rugged RDX media from project start to finish for file backups as well as archiving for version control. I can track changes and iterations over time, which is invaluable for design and creative work.
Overland-Tandberg’s decades-long, steadfast dedication to our customers and partners has been the consistent driver towards delivering robust solutions with a singular mission in mind: safeguarding businesses' most valuable asset, their data. With the exponential growth of data plus increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks, securing data assets with proactive data protection measures is critical to business continuity and our teams are ready to meet these challenges.
A notable visual enhancement to the capabilities of our storage ecosystem is RDX SSD media cartridges now available in bold, bright red top shells. Speedy RDX SSD media is ideal for use in environments where large amounts of data need to be stored and transferred and can reduce backup windows by up to 50%. Its new high visibility red color will make it easily distinguishable from its HDD counterpart.

To create a clearer distinction between the HDD and SSD RDX media cartridges, we've made an exciting update! We've given our SSD cartridges a vibrant red top-cover that's impossible to miss. Together with its blue-on-white capacity label, identifying the SSD media cartridges is now a breeze.

| End of support of LTFS for Windows |
IBM has officially ended support for the Windows version of LTFS as of April 2023. In light of this, we strongly recommend gearing up for a smooth transition to alternative platforms, such as MacOS or Linux.

| New Firmware for RDX QuikStation |
We are pleased to announce the availability of the new firmware release 3.2.1 for our RDX QuikStation models. In this release a condition with media detection for 8TB SSD cartridge has been addressed. Download the release notes to see the complete list of enhancements.
